- The purpose of the Outdoor Shack Club ("the SHACK club") is to provide additional services and gain contacts of persons interested in outdoor adventure activities and travel, and through the use of a membership card, to enable them to obtain personalized benefits from the Outdoor Shack store.
- Membership of the Club has no term period. Outdoor Shack reserves the right to cancel or make adjustments to the membership program without giving any reason for its decision.
- Membership of the Shack Club shall be at the invitation of Outdoor Shack. Outdoor Shack shall reserve the right to refuse any application for membership and to terminate any membership without giving any reason for its decision.
- The
Special Reward Promotion is an add on promotion with outcome decided by Outdoor Shack.
- Membership of the Shack Club is not transferable.
- A member must sign the card immediately upon delivery and shall thereupon be bound by the conditions of membership.
- A member must produce the card upon request if seeking any benefit offered to members.
- All membership cards remain the property of the Outdoor Shack and must be returned to it immediately on demand by it.
- Outdoor Shack gives no warranty and shall have no liability in respect of goods or services provided to Shack Club members by any party other than Outdoor Shack or as to the accuracy of any description of or information about such goods or services given by the supplier thereof, even though Outdoor Shack may have notified Shack Club members thereof.
- Outdoor Shack does not warrant in any way that the privileges or benefits for Shack Club members will be available at any particular time or times in any particular place and from any particular party.
- Outdoor Shack shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for any injury or loss of any kind to person or property suffered by any Shack Club member whilst participating in any activity of the Shack Club or in any activity in which members of the Shack Club are invited to participate.
