* Excludes stock liquidations and commercial quantities,
* The price guarantee does not apply if the competitor is an online retailer without a physical store.  Price matching must also include the cost of freight applied to the item to get the item from the competitor to the customer.
* Promotions involving, rebates, cash back offer, free or bonus offer, stock clearance or any limited quantity promotion including exhibitions or other special events ;
* The identical product is advertised in classifieds, online retailers, fire or liquidation sales, rack, clearance and warehouse outlets; or
* The lower price has been discounted by the competitor by use of coupons, loyalty rewards, redemption of frequent flyer miles or similar and other offers or incentives to reduce the total cost; or
* The lower price has been discounted by the competitor on the basis that the product is floor stock, end of line, ex demo, second hand or similar; or
* The difference in cost between the Outdoor Shacks Price and the lower price is the result of an error by the competitor.
* Outdoor Shack has the right to refuse any unreasonable claims or unknown offers which are not in direct competition with us this includes international retailers.
